Where the model tag hides

Every appliance has a sticker or plate with the model number on it. It is never on the front. Here is where to look.

Step two

What happens after you hit Find My Part

  1. We match the part. Your model number and what's broken go against our distributor's catalog. Most lookups land in a few seconds.
  2. You see the price and the pickup day. On the shelf means today. Not on the shelf means order by 4 PM and it is at the counter next business day.
  3. Text us and grab it. Text the part number to 405-876-8100, we set it aside, you pick it up at the counter in Piedmont.

Before you search

Are these genuine OEM parts?
Yes. Everything we sell comes through our appliance parts distributor as the manufacturer's own part, not a knockoff. The part number on the box matches the part number in the finder.
Do you have my part in stock today?
The finder tells you. If it is on our shelf you can grab it the same day, Monday to Friday, 8 to 5. If not, order by 4 PM and it ships from our distributor and lands at the counter the next business day.
I can't find my model number. What now?
Text a photo of the appliance and any sticker you can find to 405-876-8100. A real person at the counter will figure it out with you.
What if the finder can't match my part?
It happens on older or unusual machines. Text us the model number and what's broken and we will look it up by hand.

13100 Colony Pointe Blvd, Suite 107, Piedmont, OK 73078. About 12 minutes from Yukon. Counter hours are Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
